Chesty is correct, Wiki has him down as Kevin Nolan (born 1982), English footballer of Irish and Dutch descent

It's probably a wonderful British product that we should all be proud of in these brand name, characterless, colour-drained days of consumer choice.

Quick web search reveals it is a really rare name, initially a girl's name that somehow mutated into a boy's name, and is possibly of Australian origin.
